The location is excellent—close to the subway station, Ninenzaka, and Sannenzaka. There are convenience stores and drugstores nearby as well. The area is relatively quiet, and the double room we stayed in was quite spacious and comfortable.

The stay in Kyoto was wonderful. A tiny apartment but having the whole apartment and amenities was great and so convenient. Stay was within walkable distance from trains and buses so really easy to start the day exploring Kyoto. Quiet and peaceful neighborhood. And the host really had detailed instructions and communicated well to help us feel welcome. 💯

Absolutely beautiful hotel located on one of the most charming streets of Kyoto. Walking distance to everything you might need. The facility was remarkably clean and well maintained. Would definitely revisit!

Yuzi’s communication was excellent and very reassuring when heading to a destination for the first time. The room was surprisingly spacious and the location was fabulous. The facilities (washing machine, kitchenette etc) were great and all we needed for our stay. We would definitely recommend this accommodation and would stay again if we are ever back in Kyoto.

The staff was helpful and very kind. The hotel is beautiful and very nicely located. The local market is just next to the hotel and you can find multiple options for dinner or a quick shop (small and larger supermarket).

We had a wonderful time here. The hotel is located in the Nijo area. Nijo station is in walking distance (5 minutes). The hotel itself is located in a very quite street. Convenience stores, enough eating options and a shotengai (covered shopping street) are close by. The hotel and the room was modern and comfortable with enough space.

The room was comfortable and clean. Tha staff was really helpful and kind. At the hotel reception there was always free coffee for guests. The area was near bus/subway station and 7-eleven/Family Mart store. The hotel is recommended 100%.

Very clean room with all the facilities one needs. Free cleaning once because we stayed 4 nights. Friendly staff. Free lugage storage at a guest center before check-in with free transfer towards your room. Perfect room with no noises from outside. Free coffee and tea in the lounge.
